Hand Stamped with a Little Lagniappe

I'm so excited! I just can't hide it!

A couple of weeks ago I was in Scrappersaurus Scrapbook Store and saw a flier for a call for Design Team Members.  I really, really wanted to be on the team.  I love stamping and thought this is a great opportunity to share this love with others.  I will make new friends and hopefully get some of my friends interested in stamping.  Plus I could learn some new things from other members.  Last Friday I found out I was on the team.  YEAH!!!  Dee and Felix I promise I will make you proud.

A Bella Sistah Gift

Sorry I could not get a good picture of the binder.  I made this binder for my Bella Sistah Christie.  In the binder I put all of the SCS's Sketch and Color Challenges.  I really like how it came out.  I use the binder Kristen gave me all of the time and keep it up-dated. 

I love this paper!

Last night was my cousin's daugher's 25 th birthday.  It was a surprise slumber party.  I came over and made some cards with the girls.  Most of them scrapbook and really enjoyed making the cards.  This is one of the cards we made.  Happy Birthday Kristen!

Hey Sistah, Where ya At?

Last night we went to some good friends of ours for dinner.  Brett and Tricia have to boys the same age as our two kids.  The kids had a wonderful time playing together.  I made this card to send to her for having us over.  She has been a wonderful friend and has been very supportive of all of my creations.  I love sending her my cards.  She really loves getting them.  Makes you feel like she knows what goes into making one.

Luau invitations

I had an order for birthday invitations for a little girl at school.  She is having a pool party and was going with the Luau theme.  I got the stamp at Michael's and colored the image with my StampinUp markers.  The paper I got from Scrappersaurus scrapbook store.  I also made one in purple but Ally liked this one.  I am delivering them to her mom today.  We are off to a baseball game this morning.  I am glad it is at 8:30am before it gets hot!

First day of Summer Vacation

 Yesterdaywhen I woke up early to go to work Analynn was also awake with a lot to say. Her first question was "Mama is it Summer Vacation today?"  I felt bad that I had to go to work on her first day of vacation but 2 of the nurses at work were out and they really needed me to work.  I worked 7 am till 7 pm but they had a fun day going to some MOMS club activities with Jill and Jill's daughter Meagan who was babysitting.  I had a busy day and had a hard time unwinding so I decided to try the SCS's Sketch Challenge.  My bellasistah Christi sent me Beachabella and I have been dying to ink her up.  The designer paper had waves on it.  I am not that excited about this card.  Maybe I should not try a challenge after working all day.

Teacher End of the Year Gift

Yesterday was Analynn 's graduation and when we awoke in the morning I realized I did not have a gift for Mrs. Betsy. I had 3 hours to get something done. I had ordered Teachabella from stampingbella meaning to make some cards for the kid's teachers. This was my opportunity.  I used a sentiment from stampingbella also.  The colors are Buckaroo Blue and Cranberry Crisp.  I got the designer paper from Scrappersaurus store.  I liked the results for being rushed.  I hope Betsy liked them.   I wanted to give her something she could use.

Personalized Card

Stephanie needed some cards for gifts and wanted them personalized. I have not had much success with stamping someone's name so I decided to give the computer a try.  I have a new laptop I am still playing around with and gave it a try.  I really like how it turned out.  I love this designer paper too.  It is called Lemonade & blue jeans by on the dot paper company.  I got the paper from Scrappersaurus scrapbook store.

Love, Set, Match

I really like how this card came out.  I had a lot of this designer paper left over from David's placecards.  I used Tennibella.  I had gotten the paper from Scrappersaurus scrapbook store.  I like buying my designer paper from scrapbook stores because lots of time you are able to better coordinate the papers.

David and Brandi tied the knot!

We had so much fun at David and Brandi's wedding.  The kids danced the night away.  I was very proud of them.  Now to get them through end of the year programs and them I am stamping!
